Hermann Günther Grassmann (bahasa Jerman: Graßmann, pelafalan [ˈhɛʁman ˈɡʏntɐ ˈɡʁasman]; 15 April 1809 – 26 September 1877) adalah seorang polimatik Jerman, yang dikenal pada masanya sebagai linguis dan kini juga dikenal sebagai matematikawan. Ia juga menjadi fisikawan, cendekiawan dan penerbit.
