Hey, DBZROCKSI'm flattered that you ripped off my warnings archive idea :) --$UIT 03:46, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
DRVI have initiated a deletion review of an AFD which you were involved in. You may wish to contribute to the discussion. Balancer 04:56, 3 September 2007 (UTC) Vegeta's video games sectionIt really is too long. Look at Goku's article, his was removed a while ago, as was Gohan's. Why should Vegeta's stay? He appeared in the same games as them, didn't he?--$UIT 00:15, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
RE:UmA list can stand alone as a self contained page, or it can be embedded in an article.
And yet I just showed you some Wiki policy that backs up the simple list in this case.Darkwarriorblake 20:32, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
RE: Hey manYeah, I don't mind. I'm not sorry about anything I said, but I know I should be and I don't like losing my cool. I said in my edit summary and to ALttP that I'm taking a break. I'm not going to do much here at least until my vacation kicks in. Onikage725 21:51, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Re: HeyWhat's up, I'm not really sure what you plan to do. The one you gave me after you came back from Yosimite I archived. I don't really want barnstars on my main page, rather just on my discussion page. That ok? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 21:54, 5 September 2007 (UTC) Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta pictureHi, sorry I could not answer right back, I have been quite busy with other things. Thats fine about deleting the image, but I have another image that may be a little bit more clear... Here is another screenshot of Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta [1] In your opinion, would this image be a good replacement for the page or not? It's a bit farther away and may suffer from similar flaws as the last one, but it gets the whole body in the frame as well as some clear electricity. I'll leave it up to you to decide.--Lucky Mitch 02:48, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
" Welcome to DBZSC's DVD Shots Gallery! Here you will find a great selection of high quality screen shots taken from DBZ DVD's! Please, do NOT use these on your website. However, feel free to use them for banners or any miscellaneous graphics project you might need them for. Enjoy!" However I have several other screenshots that do not have the electricity, but in the manga they do. Here are the shots [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8] And I also have quite a few non-screen shots pics as well. Here they are [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14] Again, tell me if you think they are good enough.--Lucky Mitch 16:52, 8 September 2007 (UTC) Offical CharactersHey its me again. I was just wondering, are those characters in the offical Japanese website of DBZ: BT3 the offical ones of the game, because it be very disappointing to have just Hildegarn in his Final Form instead of also his base form and etc. I'm just wondering if you know about any new info on this. Okay bye. Johnny542 20:39, 8 September 2007 (UTC) Just a......tidbit but if you are editing the Majin Buu article, the transformations definetly should stay and I won't budge on that. Thats important information to the character just as they are to Vegeta, something I will undo tomorrow because Bebi and Majin deserve mention. EDIT: I say this because the other articles that were all merged had about as much or less info as is about to be in the Vegeta article through TTN's decree and eventually the entire DBZ universe is going to be summed up in one page of 'notable characters from Dragon Ball Z'. Darkwarriorblake 21:47, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
ThanksThanks for the voting thing in the Dragon Ball group. I tried to start a vote, but Link turned it into a debate. Anyways, thanks. Ryu-chan (Talk) 16:43, 11 September 2007 (UTC) Vegeta ArticleGood job for taking this into your hands and dealing with it in such a professional manner.
Cross Epoch up for deletionHey there, DBZROCKS. I don't know if you have any interest in the article, but I've listed Cross Epoch for deletion mainly per notability reasons. If you can, please check out the AfD page and post your thoughts on the matter. At any rate, that's pretty much it. Just wanted to give you a heads-up. Hope to see you around, and happy editing! // DecaimientoPoético 20:53, 12 September 2007 (UTC) From Johnny542Hey DBZ, you know the offical website of BT3 right, well when is the next recent batch of characters going to appear? These could be very useful for wikipedia. Johnny542 23:47, 12 September 2007 (UTC) Reason for Japanese version over English version responseThose are some excellent points and examples and I am sorry for being such a bother to everyone. But my main opposition to this is still most people do not understand what the words mean. That would normally be a good example of the hypothetical name change of Jesus, but Jesus's name IS a translation from the Hebrew name, Yeshua. It is Iesous in Greek, and Iesus in Latin. How many people do you see using those names instead of Jesus? You see, people use the name they are most familiar with, and most English speakers are more familiar with the English dub version of Dragonball. I'm not saying get rid of the Japanese names completely, lets just put them in parentheses next to the English names.--Lucky Mitch 16:15, 14 September 2007 (UTC) Suspicious charactersYou may want to take a look at this concern regarding Goku. The users who are re-adding that plot junk to Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, etc., are relatively newcomers whom I'm suspecting are involved in some kind of "cruft conspiracy", but I won't push this much further. Just letting you know, keep an eye out for possible "Prince Zarbon" socks. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 19:32, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:33, 24 September 2007 (UTC) general questiondbzrocks, the last time you edited out my caveat (In the kid buu section), you edited the footnote marker to the wrong place. I readded the caveat and think it should stand; if you'd like we can discuss this in the articles discussion page. - mike 24.12.216.14 00:37, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
ahh i apologize, it appears i am wrong with regards to the footnote when looking at the rest of the article. i will leave it as is but will insert the parenthesis as a caveat. please discuss this will me on the article talk page as i usually do not goto user pages. thankyou! 24.12.216.14 00:42, 26 September 2007 (UTC) ya I back! And I am happy to be back. Back Home with my wife and son and I back to help you guys out of a jam.Heat P 02:30, 27 September 2007 (UTC) DBZ and sagasThank you for your message on my talk page. First, as I said, I'm not active in the Project, so I did not know about the rewrite. That's why I asked for the quick summary. Also, if that consensus has been clearly stated on the article's talk page, then it becomes very easy for me to justify persistent edits by an IP as being deliberately disruptive rather than just acting based on lack of knowledge. Second, I think we're in agreement about prefering secondary sources over the anime directly. That's why I asked the other editor specifically for a source other than his claim of "I have the DVD." It sounds like (all of you editors active in) the Project has the articles headed in a good direction. I just want to make sure that I'm acting in accord with the Project, especially if I need to break out the mop and do anything administrative in regards to the article. —C.Fred (talk) 16:33, 27 September 2007 (UTC) BuuWho deleted the Buu images?Darkwarriorblake 23:01, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

Super Mario RPG listsCurrently, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars has two lists pertaining to it (List of characters in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, and List of locations in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars). User:TTN decided it would be best to merge the lists into the main article and split Smithy Gang into those articles. I recently merged Smithy Gang into the list of chatacters by removing the non-notable characters, and I have asserted that a cameo section in the list of characters is valid, per Wikipedia:Trivia sections and Wikipedia:Handling trivia that uses Alex Trebek#Cameos as a good example. I have suggested that we rename the articles per Wikipedia:Requested moves#Requesting potentially controversial moves to something along the lines of Characters of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and World of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars or Mushroom Kingdom (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars) just like Characters of Final Fantasy VIII and World of Final Fantasy VI or Gaia (Final Fantasy VII). I believe if these articles are to evolve beyond a non-notable list, they should be renamed. For example, List of Final Fantasy VII locations was merged into Gaia (Final Fantasy VII), because a World article is notable, but a simple list of locations is not. That is why there are other secions of the article to make it a World article. It simply has not been renamed yet. TTN believes the citations in the development and reception sections of the list of locations, books and magazines, are trivial sources. When I added that the 3D perspective of the game is reminicent of Equinox to the main article, TTN removed it since my souce was "the opinions of the Nintendo Power player's guide writers". Although it was actually Nintendo Power magazine, I do believe a magazine is a reliable source, and I gave a page from Next Generation Magazine which also said the same thing. In addition, I was surprized that TTN said that it was from the players guide, since he claims to own the players guide for the game. He has not verified this, since I asked him for citations in May, "Could you look in the back of the Player's Guide and tell me what “types” of … Magic? I forgot what they call it in the game … well, anyways, what types of Special Attack or whatever it is (actually, could you find out what it's called?) there are? I remember some vaguely when I owned the guide like “Fire”, “Jump”, “Electricity?”, etc. Could you provide a citation, like the page number with a quote in context?" TTN replied that he was going to "get to it" (User talk:TTN/Archive 5#List of locations in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars). TTN claims the player's guide is "at the bottom of a box that's behind at least five others in a cramped space". Seeing that TTN did not recognize that the page was not from the player's guide when I provided a scan of the page in question from Nintendo Power shocked me. However, I have continued to assume good faith by not questioning TTN's honesty. Per Wikipedia:Consensus#Consensus can change, I have offered five different reasonable, temporary compromises that might integrate my idea with TTN's.
TTN rejected my compromise because it still keeps the articles. I agreed I would consider a redirect, but Wikipedia:Article size does not allow that, since the list of locations is currently 82 KB long. Instead, I agreed to help cut down the geography section that is the bulk of the article, but TTN rejected that as well because TTN states, "I am not interested in working on the article in regards to improving it." and "get past this "having sources automatically means that this information is good" mentality." TTN states, "I don't think they have or will ever assert notability." I have replied with, "Wikipedia is not a crystal ball, so if you don't think the articles will ever assert notability, we cannot yet know this, per Wikipedia:Arguments to avoid in deletion discussions#I don't like it. Would you please take a look at Talk:Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and give us your thoughts? The manga uses chi, as does the Japanese anime as well, so use that. When you're changing the term use it like so: ''[[Qi|chi]]'' (don't forget to italisise every instance and don't overlink too much). Cheers! Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 03:45, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Piccolo, BulmaWell, it's all in WP:FU. A cheated pallete swap of Videl doesn't make it a picture of Bulma (it's Videl with blue hair). The piccolo character swap is legitimate, therefore one is really Piccolo Daimao and the other is Piccolo jr. Using the Piccolo Daimao image on Piccolo jr's article is a clear fair use violation. Hope that clears it up.--Atlan (talk) 22:18, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
Merging of Tenkaichi GamesYou really think it is a good idea? I'm sorry but I think you have really lost your mind, half the information is gone, it's all muddled up, and they only get a paragraph each. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brandox1 (talk • contribs) 13:59, 12 October 2007 (UTC) Two cases
RE: Garlic GunI was jus' tryin' to keep the peace. It's always better to avoid an edit war. Ya know? As long as the Japanese names there, people won't try to change Garlic to Galick. --Ryu-chan (Talk | Contributions) 19:29, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Wouldn't a better, more complete title serve as Plot of Dragon Ball? That way, Dragon Ball GT can be included on the same page rather than create a separate one. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 01:02, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
Sorry about thatOn the page for Majin Buu Saga, I didn't know it was being rewritten. I just saw that someone removed most of its content. Sorry about the revert, and the warning that I hadn't yet written! Mattbash 00:50, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
I hope you are going to fix the DBZ SagasI don't have enough time to, and besides it is your fault. You shouldn't have messed with them. Yes, in the original Japanese version they are Saiyan, Freeza, Cell and Buu (NO GARLIC JUNIOR, THATS PART OF CELL) but 2 page summaries for a bunch of important episodes in inadequate. Either write up the article complete in the near future, our undo do your crap (its crap if you don't plan to add to your articles anymore). Tyar 00:42, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Then make it good. I absolutely have NO problem with seeing the sagas be Saiyan, Freeza, Cell and Buu (no Garlic Junior) as the sagas but you have to have more than two page summaries. Please just go back and undo what you did. It is not hard, I have tried but it won't work. Plus, if you plan on keeping it at the four, you need to change the Dragon Ball sagas to Son Goku, Red Ribbon Army, 22nd Tournament, King Piccolo, 23nd Tournament. You do or I will tell my good friend, one of the administrators that you have vandalised the DB pages. Either add to them or undo your work, or ELSE!!!!! Tyar 17:52, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
