Hello, I notice you're using one of the {{motd}} templates, run by Wikipedia:Motto of the day. You may have noticed that some of the mottos recently have been followed by a date from 2006, or on occasion simply "Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia". The reason for this is that Motto of the day is in some very serious need of help. Participation in the project, which has never been especially high, has dropped considerably over this past summer, to the point we have had several days where no motto was scheduled to appear at all. Over the past several weeks, I've been the only editor scheduling mottos at all, but there aren't enough comments on some of these mottos to justify their use. If we do not get some help - and soon - your daily mottos will stop. In order for us to continue updating these templates for you, we need your help.

When you get a chance between your normal editing, could you stop by our nominations page and leave a few comments on some of the mottos there, especially those that do not have any comments yet? This works very simply; you read a motto, decide whether or not you like it, and post your opinion just below the motto. That's it - no experience required, just an idea of what you personally like and what you feel reflects Wikipedia and its community. If you do have past experience with the project, then please close some of the older nominations once they've got a decent consensus going. There are directions on the nominations page on how to do this.

Hello.

You reverted two of my edits to Lilith, the references to succubi and harpies. Obviously, I believe that both are warranted, and would like to reinsert them. Since you disagree, please allow me to try to convince you. Let's take the succubus one first.

In the "Adam and Lilith" section, the third sentence reads:

"During this time Lilith, also known as Pizna or Naamah, desired his beauty and came to him against his will."

We are dealing with a female demon who works her sexual will upon an unsuspecting man. Sounds like the very definition of a succubus to me.

Now I'm not suggesting that this was her primary imagined role, merely that it was one of them. Since my whole edit was "or succubus,"
I don't feel that I either misrepresented or overstated the case.

I usual edit from SUNY Stony Brook, which is an university with tens of thousands of students. The User talk:129.49.7.125 page confirms that this IP address belongs to Stony Brook. I don't think it's fair for me to be blocked until January due to the actions of other students. I believe that most, if not all, of my edits and revisions have been productive and constructive. If you prefer to keep Stony Brook's IP address blocked, may I please have IP block exemption in order to continue editing with my account. There was a great deal of emphasis put on how she wouldn't lie beneath Adam but she's having sex hundreds of times a day by the other reading. So is she in the superior position in all of that? Is she then also a fable and warning about letting women have the upper position in sex? Didn't want to go through an extensive source research when another has already done this. That's not the current screenshot. I know because for a day so far now there's been a completely different featured ED article, but you uploaded it several hours ago. Also all the "did you know" facts are stuff that were replaced a week ago with now facts. I'm not able to do a nice screenshot that spans multiple screen pages like you did (unless your monitor is really high res I don't know but mine is crap and old) so hopefully you'll update it to the latest one. • I'm through discussing anything to do with ED or that relates to my being Grace Saunders. The site sucks, and will probably be shut down for abuse anyway. Also, I find it rather difficult to sign up new accounts on ED because they've blocked so many proxies. On my last attempt, it took me close to an hour to find one that would work. Also watch your page histories, he likes to alter what people have actually said and delete things he does not agree with. He is currently impersonating me on various forums with my real pic and powerwords so if it's not ED, Whatport 80 or here, it's not me, I would not put it past him to try something as me on one of the other sites you frequent. Re your message: Thanks for clearing up the situation. I don't read ED nor do I want to, so complaints about ED things won't do any good with me. Therefore, I won't be looking into things regarding this since most of it seems to be happening on ED. Normally, I wouldn't discuss ED here, and quite frankly, I'm bored talking about it. However, I just had a look at the ED tag that was left on the Wikipedia support forums.

Anyway, may I remind both you and this Ob character that you both started the nonsense on ED by editing on that page in the first place. Any concurrent acts I took were in response to that. Also, don't forget the 200 or so banned accounts on there, that came about as a result of my efforts to try and get something removed off of that article.

I suggest you take my real name, pictures and private links off there, because they have no business being on there. I can use these edits as evidence. I believe I have a stronger case than she does. Just remember that the next time lawyers are mentioned in any conversation.

Also, don't post on my Wikipedia page. Use the Grace Saunders discussion page on ED. But try to make it noticeable. I probably won't be able to reply in a hurry, as they blocked a lot of my proxies. I'm gonna be busy with college for a month, so I hope we can resolve this like real men at a later date.
