DeletionsI noticed that you're trying to delete some "not notable" Russian firearms. I agree with you, and you can find many more on the List of Russian weaponry page. Also, please look at the List of Russian inventions page. It is filled with Russian propaganda claiming to have invented everything from the wheel to the computer. It also uses Wikipedia pages as references and is filled dead internet links, and completely unverifiable foreign language references that do not meet Wiki standards. I have tried to remove some of them myself but was reverted.--RAF910 (talk) 19:16, 2 July 2013 (UTC) As for the NA-2 and NA-4 I also vote for deletion as they are not notable and certainly not deserving of their own pages. Both are dead end prototypes. Both articles consist of only two sentences. If the Armalite AR-15, a real production rifle that evolved into the M16 and semi-auto Colt AR-15 does not merit its own page, then the NA-2 and NA-4 most certainly do not. If you want to add them to the deletion page I will support you.--RAF910 (talk) 22:44, 4 July 2013 (UTC) Teahouse talkback: you've got messages!![]() Please note that all old questions are archived after 2-3 days of inactivity. It was decided that rather than risk trying to sort people by the country they are most active in (which could lead to some people being listed under ALL the countries they've got shops/business activity in), sorting by nationality (place of birth) was a consistent rule of thumb which meant that there could only be one place on the list for each name - their place of birth. Yes, it's not a perfect science, but it avoids people adding Chanel and Versace to every single place on the list. Mabalu (talk) 18:49, 16 July 2013 (UTC)

A number of the edits (both linked in the current case and in the previous one here) are not about abortion at all, and simply illustrate that Badmintonhists primary motivation in editing is to revert me or otherwise prevent me from editing. It may or may not be motivated, at base, by an editing agenda, but I don't think that's the concern here; it's just misbehavior. –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 17:59, 25 July 2013 (UTC) DYKHi Someone not using his real name, I saw your new article, Shpitalny Sh-37. Rather than trying to prove the existence of detectives or the authenticity of the video, find some sources (in Russian or English) that without question meet the requirements of a reliable source and then there is not a problem. LGA talkedits 06:59, 4 August 2013 (UTC) Hey, sorry for the somewhat blown-out-of-proportion misunderstandingI apologize for assuming bad faith on your part. Your pointing out your edits from back in 2007 convinced me that I was in fact in the wrong. You will understand that it certainly looked like you were a meat puppet when you made your first edit under your more recent IP, so I hope you can forgive my having drawn certain conclusions from that. You were also acting in good faith when you opened your recent SPI. ArbCom was already looking into it, as I had openly admitted to using multiple accounts on ANI. They really did come to the conclusion that my editing was not disruptive, and that I was justified in hiding my identity after the previous incident. (I'm still not going to give you the worst, non-public details of that earlier incident unless you tell register an e-mail with your account, though.) They said that I needed to stop editing under multiple named accounts, so I plan on ending my Wikipedia activity after the dust has settled on the Bagworm issue, and I promised them to limit myself exclusively to this account until then. They will notice immediately if I start editing under other accounts. Anyway, I hope there is no longer any bad blood between the two of us. Regarding ANINot to beat a dead horse until its head falls off, but regarding this edit: if you go back and look at his contributions list, a very, very large proportion of his JLit edits are only semi-constructive at best. Most of his sources were questionable online poetry mags, with articles representing a consensus among modern English poets rather than Japanese literary scholars, and it got to the point of blatant advertisement at times. His last post blatantly expressed nostalgia for the 2008-2012 period when I was inactive and he could get away with that, and also insisted that I was "new to the area" of Japanese literature even though I had been editing in the area in 2005. Until I got involved he refused to interact with the rest of the Wikipedia community, and whenever I tried to bring in comments from the broader community he referred to the tag-team he had formed with one other COI modern English poetry edit as "consensus". Why did he retire? Did he realize he didn't have a case to bring to the Wikipedia community, and that it wouldn't take long for the same thing as happened to his tag-team partner to happen to him? Search Talk:Haibun and Talk:Prosimetrum for the word "consensus" and you will quickly find him referring to his own opinion (shared by the banned user Tristan noir) as "consensus". I don't expect you to go back and do extensive research on these issues before commenting, but please at least read my comments before just assuming I am lying. It was pretty obvious throughout that discussion that you had not bother reading my original case. Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 13:50, 7 August 2013 (UTC)

ABF accusationsGive it a goddamn break already. Joe jobs are impossible because of CU. Maybe the reason I "edit-warred" with myself was because I was upset that JoshuSasori had caused me to miss WP:APRIL. It doesn't matter now anyway, as I have committed numerous times to using only this account. But the times IPs similar to mine reverted my logged-in edits were both NOT me. Please stop it with the hounding or you'll be the next one taken to ANI. People who hound me have a nasty habit of getting blocked when they get there. Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 13:55, 8 August 2013 (UTC) By the wayMy IP is also shared by a banned vandal/conspiracy-theorist. And I never said the person on the same IP range as me who reverted me was the same person as JoshuSasori, nor that he/she was harassing me. Don't lie about me. Please. Grow up. Or the same thing that happened to all the other users who hounded me and were brought to ANI will happen to you. Cheers! Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 14:29, 8 August 2013 (UTC) DYK for Nudelman-Suranov NS-45

Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:14, 18 January 2014 (UTC) You were supportive of the idea that Jehochman proposed: "A message is most effective when it matches the format of the media. We're an encyclopedia. On Feb 11, I suggest we fill our front page with articles, blurbs and news about mass spying and privacy. That will send a strong message, and help educate people. It's sort of like what we do on April 1, except serious instead of foolish." Since this proposal received so much support, I and several others have done our best to begin the process of implementation. That said, the proposal is very controversial with Main Page insiders who have, understandably, objections that boil down to WP:NOTADVOCATE. It's valuable to have feedback from people who oppose any deviation from the status quo, but we really need feedback from people who understood Jehochman idea, supported it, and could tell us whether we're succeeding in "implementing the vision" that Jehochman laid out and how to improve the proposal. If you have the time, would you lend your view over at Wikipedia:Surveillance awareness day. If you want to see a list of custom content that could be available, we have a Arbitrary mockup #2, that shows lots of proposed content on one page. Your feedback is most appreciated. --HectorMoffet (talk) 09:53, 20 January 2014 (UTC) Xbox OneHi, I removed your link because it was simply added on to the end of the article in the links section with no context or referencing from within the article itself. WikiProjects about surveillanceI really appreciate your comment to Jimbo's page. Though it's not that we don't care - it's just hard to track when they rename their programs every time something is published about them, and besides, from a common perspective what difference does it make which TLA claims a right to make your ISP spy on you, when you don't have a right to privacy? Still, this is Wikipedia and we should have articles on all these things! So while I can harvest some names from your post -- would you consider joining a WikiProject, either the inactive WP:WikiProject Intelligence Agency or the newly started WP:WikiProject Mass Surveillance (I'm thinking we should merge them anyway, somehow) and post a list of all the redlinks you can think of? Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. I don't mind a partial counter-revert that addresses the revert's original concern, but I've often seen you getting tensed up over doing it. Well, I want to show you something that makes you feel better:
See, Jeh and I can have substantial disagreements in many cases but once we discover its impact (or the lack, thereof) on the article, we quickly work out a compromise and leave impactless portion of disagreement in the world of abstract things that remain abstract. The important thing, however, is that we talk outside pings and edit summaries. So, next time you felt you didn't like my revert, please let me know; I probably like you. Oh, and please don't mind my curt edit summaries. How much can I go into pleasantries when I only have 128 characters? Best regards,
CălanI saw your review of my DYK nomination and thought I'd respond here. Let me start by saying that I take copyright issues seriously and do try to respect WP:C. However, let's consider a few practical aspects:
To be clear, I'm not trying to justify violations of copyright. The rules are as they are. But in eight years on Wikipedia, the "close paraphrasing" conundrum is one I've never quite mastered. If you stick too closely to the source, you're plagiarizing. If you deviate too far, you're performing original research. In any event, I'm willing to work to clean things up. - Biruitorul Talk 15:42, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
As there have been new edits to the article and new comments at the DYK page, may I ask you to take another look? I hope I've made enough progress in addressing the issues you raised. - Biruitorul Talk 04:45, 21 February 2014 (UTC) Disambiguation link notification for February 21Hi. SorryHey, I just wanted to apologize for my comments at ANI; while I stand by the point behind it (that discussing things might've been better than not), I said it in an unnecessary way, that on reflection might've made a sensitive subject worse. I should've said it better. I now see your thread above; I'm doubly sorry if my comments were part of that. Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 20:25, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
Not sure if I can help myself not fix any wiki articles at all in the future, but for now I do need a wiki break. Someone not using his real name (talk) 23:33, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
