I would prefer that it is added to all licenses because it is hard for me to find all free files when there is not a single category with all free files. If the logo/drawing is {{PD-ineligible}} then the photo is free and can be moved to Commons?

Hi! I have been working on files in Category:Unidentified locator maps of municipalities in Japan for some time and soon the last files will be fixed. Next category will be Category:Bot deletion not possible. Perhaps you could help scan the category for possible bad files? For example files with FOP-issues? Also some of the first few files mention a link to some website. Perhaps you can figure out if it is just a link with more info or if it is the source of the file. A subpage of プロジェクト:医学 would work if a discussion is started at プロジェクト‐ノート:医学 and users in that WikiProject agree.
