左前下行枝は The "LAD", or left anterior descending artery (or anterior interventricular branch of the en:left coronary artery, or anterior descending branch) is an 動脈 of the 心臓.

走行

It passes at first behind the 肺動脈 and then comes forward between that vessel and the 左心耳(en:left auricula) to reach the 前室間溝(en:anterior interventricular sulcus), along which it descends to the 心尖切痕(en:incisura apicis cordis).

In 78% of cases, it reaches the 心尖.

血液供給

It supplies the anterolateral 心筋, apex, and 心室中隔. The LAD typically supplies 45-55% of the 左心室(en:left ventricle) (LV).

分枝

The LAD gives off two types of branches: 中隔穿通枝(septals) and 対角枝(diagonals).

Septals originate from the LAD at 90 degrees to the surface of the heart, perforating and supplying the en:interventricular septum.
対角枝 run along the surface of the heart and supply the lateral wall of the en:left ventricle and the 乳頭筋(anterolateral papillary muscle).
