LMFAO（エルエムエフエーオー）は、アメリカ合衆国のエレクトロホップデュオである。2006年にカリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスで、ラッパー、ダンサー、DJのレッドフーとスカイブルーによって結成された。2人はそれぞれモータウンの創設者ベリー・ゴーディの息子と孫である[1][2]。グループ名はインターネットスラングの「LMFAO」（「Laughing My Fucking Ass Off（大爆笑）」の頭字語）からきている[3]。

概要
2009年に正式メジャーデビューを果たした、ラップデュオ。
2011年に発表したシングル「Party Rock Anthem」が全米最高1位を記録し、100万ダウンロードを突破する大ヒット曲となる。また、同曲は世界7カ国以上のシングルチャートにて最高1位を記録した。
2012年9月、「今が別々の道を選ぶべきタイミングである」とし、無期限活動休止を宣言（ただし解散は否定している）。レッドフー、スカイブルー共に2013年にソロ・アルバムをリリースしている。
