하우소스(원시 인도유럽어: hₐéusōs)는 원시 인도유럽 신화에 나오는 새벽의 여신이며, 동시에 인도유럽 신화들의 새벽의 여신의 원형이다.
하우소스는 원시 인도유럽 신화의 신들 중에서도 가장 중요한 신 중 하나였으며,[3][4] 후기의 전통에서 태양신의 속성과 결합되었는데 이 특성은 하우소스에서 파생된 새벽의 여신들에게서도 종종 발견된다.
신화
천국의 문을 여는 새벽의 여신이자 빛의 수호자인 하우소스는 바다의 위협을 많이 받으며 이 때문에 오빠(남동생)들인 신성한 쌍둥이 신에게 보호받고 있다.
