조지 리처드 마이넛(영어: George Richards Minot, 1885년 12월 2일 ~ 1950년 2월 25일)은 미국의 의학자이다. 1934년에 빈혈에 대한 간 치료법을 발견한 공로로 조지 호이트 휘플, 윌리엄 패리 머피와 함께 노벨 생리학·의학상을 수상했다.
