ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന്റെ പോഷകസംഘടനയാണ് സേവാ ദൾ^[1]. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും സംഘടനയ്ക്ക് അംഗങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ഗാന്ധിത്തൊപ്പി ധരിച്ച് ശ്രദ്ധേയരാണ് ഇവർ. സേവാദളിനു നേതൃത്വം നൽകുന്നത് ഒരു "ചീഫ് ഓർഗനൈസർ" ആണ്. നിലവിലെ ചീഫ് ഓർഗനൈസർ മഹേന്ദ്ര ജോഷി ആണ്^[2]. കോൺഗ്രസ് പാർട്ടിക്കുള്ളിൽ സേവാദളിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ജഗദീഷ് ടൈറ്റ്ലർക്കാണ്^[3].
