ထူးချွန်ကလေး ပညာရေး

ထူးချွန်ကလေး ပညာရေး(အင်္ဂလိပ်: Gifted education) သို့မဟုတ် ပါရမီရှင် ပညာရေးဟူသည် အများထက် ထူးချွန်သော သို့မဟုတ် ပါရမီပါလာသော ကလေးသူငယ်များအတွက် အသုံးပြုသော ပညာရေး အမျိုးအစားဖြစ်သည်။

ထူးချွန်ကလေး ပညာရေးအတွက် အဓိက ချဉ်းကပ်မှု (၂)ခုမှာ ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းနှင့် အရှိန်မြှင့်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ကြွယ်ဝခြင်း ပရိုဂရမ်တစ်ခုသည် အပိုဆောင်းနှင့် ပို၍ နက်နဲသော အကြောင်းအရာများကို သင်ကြားသော်လည်း ကျောင်းသားအား အခြားကျောင်းသားများနှင့် တူညီသော နှုန်းဖြင့် သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းတစ်လျှောက် တိုးတက်စေသည်။ ဥပမာအားဖြင့် ထူးချွန် ကျောင်းသားများသည် သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းတွင် သာမန် အလုပ်များကို ပြီးမြောက်ပြီးနောက် ကြွယ်ဝခြင်း ပရိုဂရမ်ဖြင့် ဘာသာရပ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အပိုဆောင်း အချက်အလက်များ ထောက်ပံ့ခံရခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ အရှိန်မြှင့်ခြင်း ပရိုဂရမ်သည် ကျောင်းသားကို စံသင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းကို သာမန်ထက် ပိုမို မြန်ဆန်စေသည်။ ဤသည်မှာ ကျောင်းသားများကို တစ်တန်းမှ နှစ်တန်းအထိ အတန်းကျော်ပေးခြင်းပင် ဖြစ်သည်။

ထူးချွန်ပြီး ပါရမီလာသူဟူသည် များသောအားဖြင့် IQ စာမေးပွဲများ၌ ထိပ်တန်းရာခိုင်နှုန်းတွင် အမှတ်ရသူများကို ဆိုလိုသည်။ ရွေးချယ်ခံရသော ကျောင်းသားများ၏ အချိုးသည် ကွဲပြားသော်လည်း ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် ထူးချွန်ကလေး ပညာရေးပရိုဂရမ်များအတွက် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသည့် ကျောင်းသားမှာ ၁၀% သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းအောက်ပင် ဖြစ်သည်။ မည်သို့ပင်ဆိုစေကာမူ ကလေးတွင် ထူးချွန်ထက်မြက်သော အရည်အချင်းများ ရှိရန်မှာ ကျောင်းသားများအနက် ထိပ်တန်း ၁% တွင် ရမှတ်ရရန် မျှော်လင့်ချက် ထားရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
