ပိန္နဲ (Artocarpus heterophyllus) (jack tree)(အင်္ဂလိပ်: Jackfruit,တရုတ်: 波罗蜜)^[၇] သည် သစ်သီးပင် မျိုးစိတ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံတောင်ပိုင်း၊ သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံ၊ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ၏ မိုးသစ်တောများနှင့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံတို့မှ ဇာတိမျိုးစိတ်များဖြစ်သည်။^[၈]^[၉]^[၁၀] ပိန္နဲပင်သည် အပူပိုင်းဒေသမြေနိမ့်ပိုင်းများတွင် ကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြစ်ထွန်းသည်။ ယင်းအပင်သည် အလေးချိန် ၅၅ kg (၁၂၀ ပေါင်) ရှိပြီး အလျား ၉၀ cm (၃၅ လက်မ) ရှိကာ အချင်း ၅၀ cm (၂၀ လက်မ) ရှိသည်။^[၁၁] သစ်သီးများအားလုံးထဲတွင် အကြီးဆုံးဟုဆိုနိုင်သည်။ အရွယ်ရောက်ပြီးသော ပိန္နဲပင်သည် တစ်နှစ်လျှင် အသီး ၂၀၀ ခန့် သီးပြီး သက်တမ်းပိုရင့်သောအပင်သည် တစ်နှစ်လျှင် အသီး ၅၀၀ ကျော်ခန့် သီးသည်။^[၈] ပိန္နဲသီးကို တောင်အာရှ၊ အရှေ့တောင်အာရှဒေသများတွင် အချိုပွဲအဖြစ် စားသုံးကြသည်။^[၁၂] အမြဲ ဆင်တူယိုးမှား ဖြစ်လေ့ရှိသည့် အသီး၊ အပင်မှာ စုံပတတ်ပင် ဝါ စုံပတတ်သီး ဖြစ်သည်။
