Congress Shall Make No Law... inneheld òg talen Zappa hadde ved Maryland State Legislature året etter, samt fleire sitat og utdrag av interfju om temaet sensur, og ein alternativ versjon av songen «Reagan at Bitburg», eit av dei siste sytkka Zappa gjorde ferdig før han døydde i 1993. Den første offisielle versjonen av denne songen vart gjeven ut på albumet Civilization Phaze III i 1994.[2] Mange av spora er kalla opp etter Dei ti boda.
