ଏସ୍.ପି. ଉଦୟକୁମାର ଭାରତର ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁର ଜଣେ ଲେଖକ ଓ ପାରମାଣବିକ ବିରୋଧୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ତ୍ତା ।[୧][୨] ସେ କୁଡାନକୁଲମ ଆଣବିକ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରୁଥିବା ପିପୁଲ୍ସ ମୁଭ୍ମେଣ୍ଟ ଏଗେନଷ୍ଟ ନ୍ୟୁକ୍ଲିୟର ଏନର୍ଜି (ପିଏମ୍ଏଏନ୍ଇ)ର ଆବାହକ ଅଟନ୍ତି ।
ଜୀବନ ଓ ପେଷା
୧୯୫୯ ମସିହାରେ ତାମିଲନାଡୁର ନାଗରକୋଇଲରେ ଜନ୍ମଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୩][୪] ସେ ନୋଟ୍ରେ ଡେମ୍ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ପିସ୍ ଷ୍ଟଡିଜ୍ରେ ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ୧୯୯୦ ମସିହାରେ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୩][୫]
୧୯୯୩ ମସିହାରେ ଉଦୟକୁମାର ପତ୍ନୀ ମୀରାଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଶି ନାଗରକୋଇଲ ("ଭାରତର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ") ନିକଟରେ ୧୫ ଏକର ଜମି କିଣିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଏସୀୟ କମ୍ୟୁନିଟି ସେଣ୍ଟର୍ ଫର୍ ଏଜୁକେସନ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ (ଏସ୍ଏସ୍ସିଇଆର୍) ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିଥିଲେ । ପିସ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ କନ୍ଫ୍ଲିକ୍ଟ ଷ୍ଟଡିଜ୍ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ଭାବେ ବିବେଚିତ ଜୋହାନ ଗାଲଟୁଙ୍ଗ ୧୯୯୪ ମସିହାରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରି ଏହାକୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୭]
ଉଦୟକୁମାର ୧୯୯୬ ମସିହାରେ ହାୱାଇ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ରାଜନୀତି ବିଜ୍ଞାନରେ ପିଏଚ୍ଡି ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୩][୭]
