Usage

Apply to the top of the disambiguation page in question.

Minimum syntax: {{Split dab}}
Preferred syntax: {{Split dab|Page 1|Page 2}} (include the present dab page as the first parameter if it would still exist after the split).

Use of the template places the article into Category:Disambiguation pages in need of being split, which is a child of Category:Disambiguation pages in need of cleanup. The meta-template this template calls also categorizes in Category:Articles to be split and its dated subcategory.
