Today, we have over 16,231 articles in Tamil Wikipedia on topics as wide-ranging as Cantor's diagonal argument, Bonobo, Mautam, Peristaltic motion, Orgasm, Giffen good, Theory of Evolution, Leptons, Cartoon physics, Buddhism, and Pongal. We focus on the quality of articles with particular emphasis on citing reliable sources. We have also been tracking the performance of Tamil Wikipedia on various quality metrics like number of articles longer than 2 kb, mean bytes, etc., and we can proudly say that we lead all Indian language wikipedias in most metrics, with Malayalam and Manipuri being close competitors. The number of active editors has increased from 2 in 2004 to about 30 editors now spread all over the globe. A number of new editors register at the site everyday counting over 5000 to date. We are reaching a critical inflection point in this aspect. Healthy debates happen over policy decisions. The scientific vocabulary in Tamil has been enriched with phrases coined ab initio from commonly used Tamil roots. Tamil Wiktionary is another big sister project. With over 1,00,000 meanings, it stands among the top ten wiktionaries in the world. Other Wiki projects like Wikibooks are yet to gain momentum. The only significant worry is that most active Wikipedians are Tamil people settled in countries like Canada, Saudi Arabia, Australlia etc., whereas the number of editors from India and Sri Lanka does not grow on par. சந்திப்பு தொடர்பான குறிப்புகள்  சூவுடன் ஏறத்தாழ ஒன்றரை மணிநேரம் உரையாட வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. அருண்ராம் என்ற ஆங்கில விக்கி பயனரும் உடனிருந்தார். இந்திய விக்கிமீடியாப் பிரிவையும் அதன்கீழ் ஒவ்வொரு மொழிக்கும் குழுக்களை அமைப்பதற்கும் துவக்கநிலைப் பேச்சு நடந்தது.
