ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்க உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் (Supreme Court of the United States ) அமெரிக்காவின் மிக உயர்ந்த நீதிமன்றம் ஆகும். அமெரிக்க நீதி நிலையத்துறையின் முக்கிய அமைப்பாகும். ஒரு பிரதான நீதிபதி , 8 துணை நீதிபதிகள் உள்ளிட்ட இந்நீதிமன்றம் வாஷிங்டன், டி.சி.யில் ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்க உயர்நீதிமன்றக் கட்டிடத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இந்நீதிமன்றத்தின் 9 நீதிபதிகள் குடியரசுத் தலைவரால் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்டு மூப்பவையால் நிச்சயப் படுத்தப்படுகின்றனர். பெரும்பான்மையாக இந்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடக்கும் வழக்குகள் மேல் முறையீடு வழக்குகள் (appellate cases) ஆகும்.
1803இல் நடந்த மார்புரி எதிர் மாடிசன் என்ற முக்கிய நீதி வழக்கில் உயர்நீதிமன்றம் தான் அரசியலமைப்பின் முக்கிய நடுவர் என்று பிரதான நீதிபதி ஜான் மார்ஷல் கூறியுள்ளார். இந்த நிகழ்வுக்கு பிறகு சட்டமன்றத்தால் படைத்த சட்டங்களை அரசியலமைப்புக்கு எதிரானவை என்று உயர்நீதிமன்றம் தீர்மானம் செய்தால் அது அந்தச் சட்டங்களை நீக்கமுடியும்.
