威廉·傑克森·哈珀（英語：William Jackson Harper，1980年2月8日—），本名威廉·菲茨杰拉德·哈珀（英語：William Fitzgerald Harper），是一名美國男演員，曾在美國國家廣播公司（NBC）2016年至2020年播出的情境電視喜劇《良善之地》中飾演主要角色「其迪·安那哥尼亞」（Chidi Anagonye）。[1][2]
早年生活
威廉·傑克森·哈珀是藝名，他本名威廉·菲茨杰拉德·哈珀（William Fitzgerald Harper）[3]生於1980年2月8日的美國德克薩斯州達拉斯。[4]2003年，哈珀自聖塔菲學院畢業。[5]申請加入演員權益協會時，他選擇「威廉·傑克森·哈珀」（William Jackson Harper）作為藝名；「威廉·哈珀」（William Harper）的名字已被登記使用，「菲茨杰拉德」（Fitzgerald）這個中間名又太長，於是他以母親的中間名「傑克森」（Jackson），當作藝名的中間名，以紀念母親。[3]
職業生涯
哈珀在2014年首次登台，於百老匯舞台劇《一路到底》中飾演詹姆斯·哈里遜（James Harrison）與斯托克利·卡邁克爾。[6]
2009年至2011年間，哈珀曾出演公共廣播電視公司兒童台（PBS）的兒童電視連續劇《電力公司》。[7]
2016年，哈珀出演國家廣播公司（NBC）喜劇《良善之地》。[8]在確定飾演主要角色其迪·安那哥尼亞（Chidi Anagonye）之前，他曾考慮要離開演藝生涯。[9][10]在他還未正式進入劇組前，劇組都沒有向他告知劇情大綱。[7][11]而他在《良善之地》裡的演技則受到好評。[7][12][13]2017年，在拍攝《良善之地》第一季與第二季之間，他參與演出劇作家柔依·卡山在林肯表演藝術中心克萊爾·陶劇院（Claire Tow Theatre）公演的作品《狂歡之後》（After the Blast）。[14][15]
2019年，哈珀出演兩部備受讚譽的電影：艾瑞·艾斯特編導的《仲夏魘》與陶德·海恩斯執導的《黑水風暴》。[16][17]
