美国联邦第二巡回上诉法院（英語：United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit，案例引用为2d Cir.）是美国的13个联邦上诉法院之一。其司法管辖范围包括康涅狄格州、纽约州和佛蒙特州，对该范围内的以下美国联邦地区法院拥有上诉管辖权：

第二巡回上诉法院通常会在位于曼哈顿下城的瑟古德·马歇尔联邦法院听取口头辩论。2006年夏，由于建筑需要进行整修，法院临时改在丹尼尔·帕特里克·莫伊尼汉联邦法院开庭审理案件。法院的部分办公室，包括法律事务办公室都在这一期间转移到了伍尔沃斯大楼，预计这次整修将需要耗费数年的时间才能完成[1]。
