蘇格蘭民族黨 （英語：Scottish National Party ，缩写为SNP；蘇格蘭蓋爾語 ：Pàrtaidh Nàiseanta na h-Alba ；低地蘇格蘭語 ：Scottis Naitional Pairtie ），有时也译作蘇格蘭國家黨 ，是蘇格蘭 的一個政黨 ，主要致力於蘇格蘭獨立運動 ，並讓蘇格蘭成為大英國協王國 [ 13] [ 22] 施榮禮 ，旗下黨員人數約有6.4萬人，是目前蘇格蘭議會 的第一大黨和英國下议院 的第四大黨。
1999年，英國政府 下放權力至蘇格蘭政府 ，恢復中止近三百年的蘇格蘭議會 ，民族黨在當年議會選舉中成為第二大黨。
2007年，蘇格蘭民族黨在蘇格蘭議會選舉 中以一席優勢取代工黨 成為新一届苏格兰议会 第一大政黨。但是由于无法达到半数以上席位，加上無法獲得工黨 和自民黨 的支持，只能組建少数派政府 。
2011年，蘇格蘭民族黨在新一屆蘇格蘭議會選舉 中取得多數席位，首次成功組建多数派政府 。
經歷2014年9月蘇格蘭獨立公投 失敗後的民意反彈，於2015年5月的英國下議院大選 中，蘇格蘭民族黨歷史性地取得蘇格蘭選區中50%多數選票，議席由2010年大選的6席猛增至56席，在59個蘇格蘭 席次中成為大贏家，以及成為英國下議院 第三大政黨。
2016年蘇格蘭議會選舉 ，民族黨在129席中取得63席，仍為第一大黨但失去多數地位，組建少数派政府 。
2017年英國大選 ，民族黨在蘇格蘭的得票率從50.0%銳減到36.9%，議會席次上則失去21席只剩下35個席次，但仍為蘇格蘭選區中的第一大黨及下議院中的第三大黨。同年3月17日，英国首相特雷莎·梅在威尔士首府加的夫批评苏格兰执政党民族党“目光短浅”，对苏格兰之前的独立公投结果视而不见，以“脱欧”公投结果为借口分裂英国。[ 23] [ 24]
2021年5月的英國地方選舉，蘇格蘭民族黨在蘇格蘭議會129個議席中取得64席，欠一席才過半數，但聯合同樣支持蘇格蘭獨立的綠黨，獨立派在議會則成為大多數。支持苏格兰独立的苏格兰民族党连续第4次赢得议会多数席位，党魁斯特金将留任苏格兰政府首席大臣。[ 25]
