2022年義大利總統選舉於2022年1月24日至29日在羅馬舉行；根據《義大利憲法》規定，義大利總統由義大利議會的參議員、眾議員和大區代表組成的聯席會議選舉產生[6] 。選舉過程持續數天，最終時任義大利總統塞爾焦·馬塔雷拉在第8輪投票中贏得759票，開啟其第二任期[7][8][9][10][11][12]。馬塔雷拉也成為繼前總統喬治·納波利塔諾後第二位連任成功的總統[13]。
程序
根據《義大利憲法》義大利總統選舉採取間接選舉，由義大利議會議員和各地區代表组成的联席会议通过無記名投票的方式選出義大利總統。其中根據規定在前三輪投票中總統候選人必須獲得2/3多數票（即672張票）才能夠當選；而在第四輪投票之後則改採用絕對多數制度，即當選所需的票數降为505票。
