Cherry OS 1.0
Cherry OS 1.0 包含一系列旨在提高安全性和可用性的功能。360 安全应用程序提供防病毒保护以及 Boost 和 Clean 工具，通过内存管理和电池消耗优化设备性能。[10] 为了保护隐私，Cherry OS 配备了密码保护系统，允许用户保护私人消息、媒体和应用程序；通过拨号器应用程序访问密码即可访问存储。[11] 阿凡达模式允许用户在单个设备上登录多个社交媒体账户，将个人账户和工作账户分开。
Cherry OS 2.0
Cherry OS 2.0 比第一版有所改进，性能、稳定性和安全性都更好。360 安全应用程序得到了进一步优化和保护。用户界面设计也更加精致，导航更加流畅，操作系统与 Android 9 功能（如自适应电池和应用程序操作）的集成度更高。
开发与推出
Cherry Mobile 于 2017 年 10 月宣布推出 Cherry OS，同时推出 Flare S6 系列。这是 Flare S6 手机中实现的自定义 UI，旨在为用户提供更安全、更稳定的性能。[12]
2019年7月，Cherry Mobile发布了Flare S8系列，搭载基于Android 9的Cherry OS V2.0，新版本在原有Cherry OS的功能上继续扩展。[13]
停产
在 Flare S8 系列之后，Cherry Mobile 停止了 Cherry OS 平台的进一步开发。在 Flare S8 系列发布之前，Cherry Mobile 跳过了 Flare S7 系列，运行接近原始版本的 Android 8.1 Oreo，没有添加任何重度主题或附加功能。Cherry Mobile 尚未宣布任何消息，也未继续开发，甚至未将 Cherry OS 推广到未来的设备上。[8]
