《Dreamland》（直译：梦境/梦乡）是罗伯特·迈尔斯的首张录音室专辑。它于1996年6月7日发行，在欧洲广受好评，并大获成功。大约一个月后，该专辑也在美国发行，收录了由玛丽亚·内勒（英语：Maria Nayler）演唱的新歌《One and One》。这首新歌非常受欢迎，后来在美国和德国作为单曲发行。

1996年底，迈尔斯在德国发行了《Dreamland》的新版本，名为《Dreamland—The Winter Edition》（直译：梦境—冬季版）。新版本与《Dreamland》大致相似，但收录了曲目《For Us》和《One and One》（这两首曲目未在欧洲版本中发行），并删除了《Fable (Dream Version)》，该版本也在日本发行。如今看来，包含《One and One》的《Dreamland》美国版（其中《One and One》是第六首曲目，位于《In My Dreams》之后，《Princess of Light》之前）似乎是最受欢迎和最常见的版本。
