I created the page "List of rovers on extraterrestrial bodies". It is the first article i have ever created in Wikipedia. I reviewed the page on 19th January, 2020 and saw your edits. I am glad to see that your edit has improved the article quite a bit.

Hi, thanks for your edits on Roscosmos and RKA. The fact is that RKA is one of the precursors to Roscosmos (it existed from 1992 to 1999). Roscosmos (full name: Federal Space Agency) was established in 2004. They explain it here, in the first paragraph: https://www.roscosmos.ru/9156/ Also, Roscosmos is an acronym, and RKA is an abbreviation, not the other way around. Best regards. @Buxareu: Okay, thanks for the explanation, but this is not explained anywhere in the Roscosmos article. The RKA acronym (I think you might have acronym and abbreviation mixed up?) just started getting used halfway through the article with no explanation, which is why I added the {{clarify}} tag. Thank you for adding the correct Russian name so that "RKA" is explained, but this history that you're giving me about it being the precursor is still unexplained. In that Current programs section, the writing just switches to calling it the Russian Space Agency/RKA without any explanation that that is a former name/precursor organization, which was pretty confusing for me when reading through. Could you add the information that you just gave me, with that source, to the article? It seems like this is probably important enough to add to the lead with the Russian Space Agency name bolded since it redirects to this article. Also, I just noticed that the Crisis years section talks about what "Roscosmos" was doing in the 1990s, and the next section talks about "Roscosmos" cosmonauts flying to the ISS in 2000, which contradicts what you just told me about Roscosmos being established in 2004 (not saying you're wrong, just that the article is confusing as it's written). Can you make this more clear in the article? I would make these changes myself, but clearly you are more knowledgeable on this topic, and I could use your help. • Yes, the Roscosmos article should definitely be rewritten, including the second paragraph where they mention one of the precursors to Roscosmos: first, the year given, 1992, is blatantly wrong (correct year: 2004), and secondly, Roscosmos had several precursors. Will try to fix it when I have time. As to acronyms: RKA is pronounced letter by letter (at least in Russian: "er-kah-ah"), so it's NOT an acronym, while Roscosmos is pronounced as a word, which means it's an acronym. "Roscosmos" is formed of the first three letters of the word "Rossiysky" (Russian) and the word "kosmos" (space). It literally means "Russian space". P.S. As a matter of fact, the current Roscosmos was established in 2015; the previos organization, also called Roscosmos, existed from 2004 to 2015 (yes, this stuff is quite confusing). @Buxareu: Looks great, thank you! And I think I see what you mean now. I've always thought an abbreviation like RKA was called an acronym under the first definition given on Wiktionary ("An abbreviation formed by the initial letters of other words"), but I guess based on the second half of the definition there that it is more of an initialism ("A term formed from the initial letters of several words or parts of words, but which is itself pronounced letter by letter"). And Roscosmos fits under the second given definition of acronym: "An abbreviation formed by the beginning letters or syllables of other words". Abbreviation seems to be the umbrella term that encompasses all of these ("A shortened or contracted form of a word or phrase"). @Kwamikagami: Sorry, but asking members of the team is original research. If you want to claim that it is "unlikely" then you need a published source. I've talked to members of the team too, and their analysis said there was a ~1% chance of finding a new target. That information has never been released publicly though so we can't put it in the article. They are using Subaru for the initial search this time around and then will use Hubble for follow-up observations to confirm any candidates. They are currently analyzing the data collected from Subaru over the last couple months and should know within the next few weeks whether there's any viable candidates or not so maybe some more information will be released publicly soon. --Yarnalgo _talk 21:08, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Yarnalgo sir, can you please help me in this matter. i wrote about GITAI S1 Robotic Arm Tech Demo as a tech demo on this wikipedia page SpaceX CRS-23. Though it is a tech demo, if it will remain aboard ISS, then this mission will be a ISS assembly mission like the CRS 21 and CRS 22.If it is not permanent iss arm, then i will be relieved. but if yes then i have to do lot of changes on these pages on wikipedia. Thus it will be needed to create a new topic for this arm and then it must be added to ISS assembly page and then we have to write about it on all robotic arm page about iss like canadarm2, era, dextre, strela, Mobile Servicing System, etc. this thing seems to me a bit confusing. so please share your views sir.
