ロバート・ウェルチ （英語版 ） 第4代クロンブロック男爵 ルーク・ジェラルド・ディロン （Luke Gerald Dillon, 4th Baron Clonbrock KP PC (Ire) 1834年 3月10日 – 1917年 5月12日 ）は、アイルランド貴族 。保守党 に属し、アイルランド貴族代表議員 、ゴールウェイ統監 を務めた[ 1]
第3代クロンブロック男爵ロバート・ディロン と妻キャロライン・エリザベス（Caroline Elizabeth 、1805年6月28日 – 1864年12月17日、初代チャーチル男爵フランシス・スペンサー の娘）の次男として、1834年3月10日にゴールウェイ県 アハスクラ （英語版 ） [ 1] [ 2] イートン・カレッジ に通った後[ 3] オックスフォード大学 ベリオール・カレッジ に入学した[ 4]
1862年にウィーン 大使館で書記として勤務、1865年にゴールウェイ県長官 （英語版 ） [ 1] アイルランド総督 の秘書官 （英語版 ） [ 1]
1892年6月13日に父の後任としてゴールウェイ統監 に就任、1917年に死去するまで務めた[ 5] クロンブロック男爵 位を継承した[ 1] 貴族代表議員 に選出され、1917年に死去するまで務めた[ 6] 貴族院 では保守党 に属した[ 1] アイルランド枢密院 （英語版 ） 聖パトリック勲章 を授与された[ 1]
長い闘病生活を経て1917年5月14日にダブリン で死去、息子ロバート・エドワード が爵位を継承した[ 3]
