国王手許金会計長官 （英語 : Keeper of the Privy Purse ）は、イギリスの宮廷職。英国君主 の私的な財産支出や慈善団体 への寄付を管理する。長官を長としてバッキンガム宮殿 内に国王手許金会計官事務局を置く。古くは王と親しい間柄の人物が長官に任命されるケースが多かった。
ジョージ4世 戴冠式に際して正装した初代ブルームフィールド男爵 。会計長官としての財布を手に持つ。国王手許金会計長官は王室 の財産管理に関して、国王付会計官 (Treasurer to the King / Queen) とともに責任を負う[ 2] チャペル・ロイヤル の助成金管理も行う[ 2] [ 3]
その国王手許金会計官事務局はバッキンガム宮殿 内の宮廷内郵便 によって宮内長官事務局 （英語版 ） 国王秘書官事務局 （英語版 ） [ 4]
『英国の歴史 （英語版 ） [ 5] ヘンリー・ノリス （英語版 ） [ 6] チャールズ2世 、ジェームズ2世 、女王アン からジョージ2世 の時代においては、会計長官は勅許状 に基づいて宮内長官 （英語版 ） [ 5] ジョージ3世 の代には公文書上に任命記録がないことから、口伝えの非公式な任命へと変化したとされる[ 5] 寵臣 の第3代ビュート伯爵ジョン・ステュアート が首相 を退いた後も、会計長官として宮廷に留任させることで引き続き国政に関与させており[ 7] 摂政ジョージ の代に官報 掲示による公式任命が再度復活して現在に至っている[ 5]
会計長官の管理する王室費 の額もまた時代とともに変化してきた。17世紀 から19世紀 にかけては2万～6万ポンドであったが、外遊を好んだエドワード7世 の代に11万ポンドへと増額されている[ 3]
現在の国王手許金会計長官はサー・マイケル・スティーブンス （英語版 ） (1958-) が務めている[ 8]
