亚眠围城战是1595年－1598年法西戰爭中的一場戰役，發生於1597年5月13日至9月25日的围攻和战斗。西班牙帝國3月派出了一支庞大的军队，突如其來的占领了亚眠市。亨利四世在事件發生後，立即迅速组建了一支军队，并于5月13日開始围攻亚眠。

在恩斯特·冯·曼斯菲尔德的指挥下的支援部隊多次未能擊敗围攻者，最後選擇了撤退。城裡的守軍隨之宣布全數投降，亚眠重新落入亨利四世手中。作为胜利的结果，亨利四世在制定南特敕令和與西班牙的谈判方面处于有利地位。亞眠圍城戰是法西战争以及法国宗教战争中的最后一次重大军事事件。
