2013年國際冠軍盃（英語：International Champions Cup，縮寫ICC）比賽時間從2013年7月27日開始到2013年8月7日，並於美國及加西班牙舉行。[2]
本屆比賽取代之前的足球挑戰賽名稱，改名為國際冠軍盃，主要比賽場地為美國各地及西班牙的瓦倫西亞，參賽隊伍有來自美國的洛杉磯銀河，以及皇家馬德里、瓦倫西亞、AC米蘭、尤文圖斯、國際米蘭、切爾西、艾佛頓共8個球隊。[3][4]
皇家馬德里在決賽以 3–1 擊敗切爾西贏下本屆最終冠軍。[5]

賽制
本屆比賽8個球隊分為“東區”及“西區”兩個小組，一組四個球隊，在第一輪的比賽中，獲勝者晉級第二輪勝利組，敗戰者則晉級第二輪敗戰組進行排名賽，各組兩輪皆勝者晉級最終決賽，其餘各隊則依照最終排名戰來決定最後排名[6]
- 在正規時間中無法分出勝負，則以點球大戰來決定最終勝負。
- 點球大戰後勝者得兩點積分，敗者得一分。
- 小組同分排名方式：對戰成績，淨勝球，進球數，失球數。
