Hello, would you be able to update/verify P77198 (user_age > 0 and user_age == 0), and mark kowiki as done here phab:T369611? This part with user_age is new, we added it in response to a suggestion from a community member maintaining AbuseFilter.

Hey, I wonder if your community needs to give access to IP addresses to some users who aren't admins but take part in patrolling to such an extent that they should have this access. Hi, as of now, there doesn’t appear to be any interest or demand from our community regarding access to IP addresses for non-admin patrollers. Given the current circumstances and discussions (or lack thereof), we believe that this level of access should remain limited to administrators only.
