In short, I (and a couple of other Wikipedians) wonder about the Cambodian Freedom of Panorama laws. Myself, I have read some of it in English, and I understood that such freedom exists if cultural etc. goals are meant. I also saw a similar topic mentioned in 2021-05 in your Community Portal វិគីភីឌា:ផតថលសហគមន៍#Files with no license, referring to ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ក្រុម:Files with no license, but I would rather contact an individual person directly, as the Portal seems not to be active.

To be honest, I don't really know much about Panorama law but what I can tell you is it does exist here.

As a Cambodian citizen and in my experience, taking photographs of places or sculpture in public is not prohibited (well mostly). But in some places, there might be a "no taking photo" sign like for example, in some part of the Royal Palace or government buidings (especially the interior) etc.

When taking photo of a place, sculpture or arts in the country and let's say you want to upload them on the internet. To avoid any infrigement of copyrights, you'll need to give a brief info about each photos; for instance, location, credited source, year of establishment and so on.

Cambodian Photographers has taken many images of cultural and historical artworks or places and has upload their works on to social medias with credited info.

I know this probably won't help much but I'm glad to provide you something about freedom of panorama in Cambodia. If you want to know more about it, you can send an email to government offices which responsible for the topic above.
