ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் தேசிய சிறுத்தைகள் கட்சி (Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party) ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மாநில அரசியல் கட்சியாக 23 மார்ச் 1982 அன்று பீம் சிங் மற்றும் ஜெய் மல்லா என்பவர்களால் நிறுவப்பட்டது.^[2][3] இதன் குறிக்கோள் ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மாநிலத்தில் ஊழல், இனவாதம், போதைப் பொருட்களை ஒழிப்பதும், உண்மையான ஜனநாயகத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதே ஆகும்.^[4][5]
