இனவழிப்பு வன்கலவி

இனவழிப்பு வன்கலவி (Genocidal rape) என்பது போர்க்காலங்களில் எதிராளியாகக் கருதப்படும் இனத்தின் இனப்படுகொலையின் அங்கமாக அவ்வினப் பெண்களின் மீது பெருந்திரள் வன்கலவி மேற்கொள்ளும் செயற்பாட்டைக் குறிப்பதாகும்.^[1] யுகோசுலேவியப் போர், இலங்கைத் தமிழர் இனப்படுகொலை, ருவாண்டா இனப்படுகொலை போன்ற நிகழ்வுகளின்போது நடத்தப்பட்ட பெருந்திரள் வன்கலவி அப்போராட்டங்களின் ஒன்றிணைந்த அங்கமாக இருந்ததால் பன்னாட்டு கவனத்தைக் கவர்ந்தன.^[2] வரலாற்றில் போர்க்கால வன்கலவிகள் தொடர்ந்து நிகழ்ந்து வந்துள்ளபோதிலும் இவை பொதுவாக போரின் விளைவாக கருதப்பட்டன; போர் இராணுவ நடவடிக்கையின் அங்கமாக இருந்ததில்லை.^[3]

போரின்போது ஏற்பட்ட பெருந்திரள் வன்கலவி இனவழிப்பு வன்கலவியாக வங்காளதேச விடுதலைப் போர், போசுனியா உள்நாட்டுப் போர்கள், ருவாண்டா இனப்படுகொலை போன்ற நிகழ்வுகளில் வரையறுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ^[4]^[5]

இனவழிப்பு முறையாக வன்கலவி

பன்னாட்டு மன்னிப்பு அவையின்படி போர்க்காலங்களில் நடைபெறும் வன்கலவி போராட்டத்தின் விளைவல்லாது முன்னரே திட்டமிடப்பட்டு வேண்டுமென்றே நிகழ்த்துப்படுகின்ற இராணுவ நடவடிக்கை ஆகும்.^[6] கடந்த இருபத்து ஐந்தாண்டுகளில் பெரும்பாலான போர்கள் நாடுகளுக்கிடையேயான போராக இல்லாது சமயக்குழுக்களுக்கிடையேயான அல்லது நாட்டு இனங்களுக்கிடையேயான உள்நாட்டுப் போராக உள்ளன. இந்தச் சண்டைகளின்போது வன்கலவியை குடிமக்கள் மீது அரசும் அரசல்லாத போராளிகளும் அடிக்கடி மேற்கொள்கின்றனர். இவற்றை இதழாளர்களும் மனித உரிமையாளர்களும் போசுனியப் போர், சியேரா லியோனி, ருவாண்டா, லைபீரியா, சூடான், உகாண்டா, காங்கோ மக்களாட்சிக் குடியரசு, ஈழப் போர் போன்ற சண்டைகளின் போது ஆவணப்படுத்தி உள்ளனர். இத்தகைய சண்டைகளின்போது பெருந்திரள் வன்கலவியின் நோக்கம் இருதரப்பட்டது; குடிமக்களிடையே அச்சத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி தங்கள் சொத்துக்களிலிருந்து பிரித்தல் மற்றும் இரண்டாவதாக ஏற்பட்ட அவமானத்தால் அவர்கள் மீண்டுவந்து மீளமைவதை தடுத்தல். இவை குறிப்பிட்ட இனத்தினரை குடிபெயர்க்க உதவுவதால் அரசல்லாத போராளிகளுக்கு மிகவும் முக்கியமான செயற்பாடாக விளங்குகின்றது. இத்தகைய பெருந்திரள் வன்கலவிகள் இனக்கருவறுப்பு மற்றும் இனப்படுகொலைகளுக்கு மிகவும் உதவியாக உள்ளன; இவற்றின் நோக்கமான குறிப்பிட்ட இனத்தினரை அழிக்கவும் கட்டாயமாக வெளியேறச் செய்யவும் மீளவும் குடியேறாத நிலையையும் நிறைவேற்ற முடிகின்றது.^[7] மற்றொரு நோக்கமாக கட்டாயக் கருத்தரித்தல் உள்ளது; இருப்பினும் கருத்தரிக்க இயலாதவர்களும் வன்கலவிக்கு உள்ளாகின்றனர். பாதிக்கப்பட்டோர் சிறுமிகளிலிருந்து எண்பது வயது பெண்கள் வரை உள்ளனர்.^[8]
