Андрэй Катлярчук (нар. 1968, Новачаркаск, РСФСР) — гісторык, кандыдат гістарычных навук (1999), доктар гісторыі (PhD, 2006).

Нарадзіўся ў сям’і ваеннага і настаўніцы, ураджэнцаў Турава. З бацькамі жыў у Чачні, на Палессі ў Беларусі. Скончыў гістарычны факультэт Бранскага дзяржаўнага педагагічнага інстытута (1990), аспірантуру Расійскай акадэміі навук пры МАЭ РАН (Кунсткамера). Кандыдат гістарычных навук (1999). Праходзіў стажыроўку ва ўніверсітэце Упсалы (Швецыя). З 2000 жыве і працуе ў Швецыі. Абараніў доктарскую дысертацыю ў Стакгольмскім універсітэце (2006). Працаваў выкладчыкам інстытута гісторыі, гендарных даследаванняў і культуралогіі ўніверсітэта Паўднёвага Стакгольма — Сёдэрторна (Sodertorn University). Цяпер з’яўляецца выкладчыкам кафедры гісторыі Стакгольмскага ўніверсітета^[3] і старшым навуковым супрацоўнікам Школы гістарычных і сучасных даследаванняў ўніверсітэта Паўднёвага Стакгольма^[4].

Кірункі навуковай дзейнасці — беларуска-расійскія, шведскія, венгерскія, украінскія сувязі, старабеларуская царкоўная гісторыя і літаратура.

У сакавіку 2022 годзе ў суаўтарстве з доктарам сацыялогіі Мікалаем Захаравым апублікаваў адзін з першых артыкулаў пра гісторыю і сучаснасць беларуска-украінскіх адносін у кантэксце расійскага ўварвання ва Украіну, а таксама ўключнасць і стаўленне да ўварвання беларускага грамадства і рэжыма Лукашэнкі.^[5]
