ஆறாம் ராமேசஸ் (Ramesses VI Nebmaatre-Meryamun) பண்டைய எகிப்தின் புது இராச்சியத்தை ஆண்ட இருபதாம் வம்சத்தின் ஐந்தாம் பார்வோன் ஆவார். இவர் மூன்றாம் ராமேசேசின் பட்டத்து இளவரசர் ஆவார். ஆறாம் இராமேசஸ் கிமு 12-ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் மத்திய பிறகாலத்தில் எகிப்தை 8 ஆண்டுகள், இரண்டு மாதங்கள் ஆண்டார். இவருக்குப் பின் இளவயது மகன் ஏழாம் ராமேசஸ் தக்க வயது அடையும் வரை, தன் தாய் நெப்கெஸ்பெத் துணையுடன் எகிப்தை ஆட்சி செய்தார்.

ஆறாம் ராமேசஸ் ஆட்சியின் இறுதிக் காலத்தில், எகிப்திய சிற்றரசுகளான கானான், நூபியாவின் மீதான எகிப்தின் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் தளர்ந்தன. மேல் எகிப்தில் பார்வோன் ஆறாம் ராமேசஸ்சின் ஆதிக்கம் வீழ்ச்சி கண்டது. மேல் எகிப்தில், பண்டைய எகிப்திய சமயத்தின் தலைநகராக விளங்கிய தீபை நகரத்திற்கு பதிலாக கீழ் எகிப்தின் பை-ராமேசஸ் நகரம் எகிப்திய சமயத்தின் மையமாயிற்று. ஆறாம் ராமேசேசின் மம்மி மன்னர்களின் சமவெளியில் கல்லறை எண் 35-இல் 1858-இல் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது.
