மூன்றாம் தூத்மோஸ் (Thutmose III) (variously also spelt Tuthmosis or Thothmes) புது எகிப்திய இராச்சியத்தை ஆண்ட 18-ஆம் வம்சத்தின் ஆறாவது பார்வோன் ஆவார். இவர் புது எகிப்திய இராச்சியத்தை கிமு 1479 முதல் கிமு 1425 முடிய 54 ஆண்டுகள் ஆண்டார். இருப்பினும் தனது 22-வயது வரை, தன் சார்பாக இவரது பெரியம்மா ஆட்செப்சுட்டு என்பர் அரசப் பிரதிநிதியாக எகிப்தை ஆண்டார்.
மூன்றாம் தூத்மோஸ் பண்டைய் எகிப்தைகிமு 1479 முதல் கிமு 1425 முடிய 54 ஆண்டுகள் நீண்ட காலத்திற்கு ஆண்டார். மூன்றாம் தூத்மோசின் ஆட்சிக் காலம் குறித்த குறிப்புகள் அவரது படைத்தலைவர் அமென்கொதேப்-மாகுவின் கல்லறையில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.[7] தூத்மோசின் 54வது ஆட்சி ஆண்டின் போது இறந்தார் என அமென்கொதேப்-மாகுவின் கல்லறையில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.[8][9][10]

மூன்றாம் தூத்மோஸ் தனது வெளிநாட்டு படையெடுப்புகள் குறித்து கர்னாக் எனுமிடத்தில் உள்ள கடவுள் அமூன் கோயில் சுவர்களில் குறிப்புகள் எழுதிவைத்தார். இவர் படையெடுப்புகளால் தனது ஆட்சி அதிகாரத்தை வடக்கில் சிரியா முதல், தெற்கில் நூபியா வரை நிலைநாட்டினார்.[14][15]மேலும் ஏஜியன் கடலில் உள்ள பல தீவுகளை தனது ஆட்சியின் கீழ் கொண்டு வந்தார்.[16]இவர் மத்தியதரைக் கடலில் உள்ள சைப்பிரஸ் தீவு நாட்டிலிருந்தும் திறை வசூலித்தார்.[17]இவரது இராணுவம் நடுநிலக் கடல் செல்வதற்கு போர்ப் படகுகளை பாலைவனப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்து எடுத்துச் சென்றனர்.[18]

மூன்றாம் தூத்மோசின் கல்லறயை மன்னர்களின் சமவெளியின்தேர் எல் பகாரி பகுதியில் கல்லறை எண் 34-இல், தொல்லியல் அறிஞர் விக்டர் லோரெட் என்பவரால் 1898-ஆம் ஆண்டில் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது. வண்ண வணண ஓவியங்களால் அலக்கரிக்கப்பட்ட மூன்றாம் தூத்மோசின் கல்லறைச் சுவரில், இறப்புக்கு பிந்தைய வாழ்க்கைக்கான நூலின் வரிகள் முழுவதும் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
